Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel by choosing not to renew or by emailing [email protected] from the account email. Cancellation stops future renewal activity; because there is no automatic charge, no recurring debit instruction is created by DokanNao.

Unless access is suspended for security, abuse, legal duty, or a confirmed refund, paid access normally remains available until its displayed end date. Merchant management then locks, the storefront remains online for 20 days, and the storefront then becomes unavailable without renewal.

DokanNao does not publish a blanket change-of-mind, unused-time, or partial-period refund promise. Before paying, contact support if refund eligibility is important to your decision.

Software Group will review a request supported by payment evidence, especially a duplicate payment, a confirmed payment that did not activate access because of a DokanNao platform error, or another remedy required by applicable law. Approval is not automatic and will be confirmed in writing.

Email [email protected] from the account email with the shop name, payment date, amount, transaction or invoice reference, and a short reason. Do not send a PIN, OTP, password, recovery code, or full payment credential.

Provider, bank, gateway, domain, courier, and other third-party fees may be non-refundable by Software Group. If approved, the method and timing depend on the original payment channel and any provider processing time.

A confirmed refund may end the associated paid entitlement and merchant access. Software Group will state the access effect in the written decision. This policy does not reduce any mandatory remedy available under Bangladesh law.
