Matching browser and server events
When the same event is sent from both the browser and server, matching event names and IDs help Meta count it once.
Test before you go live
Add your own Pixel ID and CAPI token, verify in Test mode, then move the saved setup to Live. Tracking needs advertising consent. Verify delivery and deduplication in Meta Events Manager; tracking does not guarantee ad results or sales.

Do I need coding skills?

No. Enter your store and contact details to create your website and dashboard. Then choose a theme, add products, and set up payment and delivery. Check a test order before sharing your link.

How quickly can I create my website?

Your website and dashboard are created automatically after successful signup. You do not need to build pages from scratch. Getting ready for customers takes the time you need to add your products, settings, and policies.

Can I use Meta Pixel and Conversions API?

Yes. Add your own Pixel ID and CAPI token from the dashboard. Verify the saved setup in Test mode and Meta Events Manager before moving to Live. Advertising consent is required. Pixel and CAPI help measure customer activity; they do not guarantee sales or ad results.

Can I use my own domain?

You receive an available platform address such as yourbrand.multishopix.com. You can also connect a supported custom domain you own after DNS verification. Your domain registration is separate.

How do payments and delivery work?

Enable the checkout and delivery options your business uses, including cash on delivery or bank transfer. Online payments and courier connections need a supported provider, valid settings, and any required approval. Provider charges are separate from store access unless your offer states otherwise.

How much does it cost? Is there a free trial?

See the pricing section for current plans, how much you pay, how long each plan lasts, and any free trial. Choose what fits your budget. You can check the offer again before paying through SoftWebGrove Pay. You renew your plan yourself; we don’t charge you automatically.

Will you listen to my feature requests?

Yes. Tell us what would make running your shop easier. Before agreeing to a change, we’ll discuss what’s possible, the work involved, how long it may take, and any cost. Shop owners’ feedback also helps us plan updates.

What happens when my plan ends?

When your plan ends, you can’t make changes or manage your shop. Customers can still visit the shop for 20 days. If you haven’t renewed by then, the shop goes offline until you renew.
