Terms of Service
Effective 7 August 2026
These terms apply to businesses in Bangladesh that currently use DokanNao, a SoftWebGrove product.
Account and authority
You must provide accurate owner and shop details, protect credentials, and have authority to operate the business and accept these terms. You are responsible for staff access and activity under the account.
Trial and paid access
If you choose the free trial when creating your shop, the trial shown at that time will start. If you choose a paid plan from Pricing, your shop is created without a trial and you can review the plan before paying. Neither option charges you automatically.
DokanNao offers one level of software access for a fixed number of days. Before paying, check the current total, currency, exact number of days, and offer version. Your service agreement is with SoftWebGrove. SoftWebGrove Pay processes DokanNao payments, and payment records should keep these roles clear.
Expiry, renewal, and storefront availability
When your trial or paid plan ends, you can no longer manage your shop from the dashboard. Customers can still visit it for a 20-day renewal period. If you do not renew, the shop then goes offline.
We do not renew your plan or charge you automatically. To renew, you need to choose a plan and confirm a new payment. Charges from service providers, domains, payment gateways, couriers, or other companies are separate where they apply.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for products, prices, stock, customer notices, refunds to your own buyers, taxes, delivery promises, lawful content, consents, and compliance applicable to your business. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or security-harming activity.
Availability, changes, and suspension
We work to keep DokanNao available, but cannot promise it will run without interruption. Maintenance, providers, networks, security issues, or events beyond our control may affect it. We may limit access because of unpaid charges, misuse, security risks, legal duties, or a serious breach of these terms.
Features may change. We will not describe features as included in a current paid plan when they are not. We will publish important changes to these terms with a new date.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and SoftWebGrove’s aggregate liability relating to a paid access period is limited to the amount paid for that period. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support before using an available court or statutory process.
This operational policy should be reviewed by qualified Bangladesh counsel before a regulated or materially expanded launch.
