Terms of Service
Effective 28 July 2026
These terms govern access to DokanNao, a Software Group product for businesses currently served in Bangladesh.
Account and authority
You must provide accurate owner and shop details, protect credentials, and have authority to operate the business and accept these terms. You are responsible for staff access and activity under the account.
Trial and paid access
Creating a shop starts the active trial configured in Super Admin and shown in the product at that time. No card is required and the trial does not convert into an automatic charge.
DokanNao has one software access level offered for monthly or yearly periods. Current price, currency, and duration come from the active Super Admin configuration and must be reviewed before payment. Software Group receives subscription payments; payment records should identify Software Group / DokanNao.
Expiry, renewal, and storefront availability
When trial or paid access ends, merchant management actions are locked. The public storefront remains available for a 20-day renewal period, then becomes unavailable if access is not renewed.
There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. Renewal requires a new merchant action and confirmed payment. Service-provider, domain, payment-gateway, courier, or other third-party charges are separate when applicable.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for products, prices, stock, customer notices, refunds to your own buyers, taxes, delivery promises, lawful content, consents, and compliance applicable to your business. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or security-harming activity.
Availability, changes, and suspension
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, providers, networks, security events, or force majeure may affect service. We may restrict access to address nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal duty, or material breach.
Features may change, but current paid access will not be represented with invented capabilities. Material changes to these terms will be published with a revised date.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and Software Group’s aggregate liability relating to a paid access period is limited to the amount paid for that period. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support before using an available court or statutory process.
This operational policy should be reviewed by qualified Bangladesh counsel before a regulated or materially expanded launch.
