Research and sources
For search, payments, policy, or provider claims, we start with Google, Meta, Bangladesh Bank, government sources, and provider documentation. Original studies and established research organizations are preferred for UX. Important sources, publishers, and review dates are recorded on each guide.
Language our readers use
We write Bangla using words familiar to shop owners in Bangladesh, such as কাস্টমার, অর্ডার, স্টক, পেমেন্ট, and সাপোর্ট. We explain technical terms when they are needed. Our English is direct and easy to follow too. Matching guides have links so readers can switch languages.
Updates and corrections
We update the date when we make a meaningful change to the guidance, facts, process, or writing. We do not change dates just to make pages look new. Source review dates are shown separately.
